Our Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personalized jerseys or underwear unless they arrive defective. Game-used memorabilia is final sale due to authentication requirements.

The Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Include the following information in your email (or use our template below):

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without an RMA number – they won’t be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement – no need to wait for us to receive the return first.

International Returns

For our global fans (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
